  • We connect customers (“Users”) with independent rental service providers (“Vendors”).

  • Carxone acts only as an intermediary and is not the owner of the vehicles listed.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

  • You must hold a valid driving license and provide required documents for vehicle rentals.

3. Account Registration

  • To book or list vehicles, you must create an account on Carxone.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are made through Carxone’s website using secure payment gateways.

  • Prices, availability, and policies are set by individual vendors.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking (as per vendor policy).

  • Any extra charges (fuel, tolls, late returns, damage, etc.) are payable directly to the vendor.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund terms are subject to the vendor’s individual policy.

  • Customers are advised to check the vendor’s cancellation terms before booking.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their vehicle listings (pricing, availability, features).

  • Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and legally compliant.

  • Providing agreed services to customers without unfair cancellation.

  • Handling disputes relating to vehicle condition, damages, or service quality.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details.

  • Use rented vehicles responsibly, in compliance with laws and vendor’s rental agreement.

  • Return the vehicle in the same condition (except normal wear and tear).

  • Bear liability for damages, penalties, or traffic violations during the rental period.

8. Platform Limitations

  • Carxone is not liable for any disputes between customers and vendors, including service quality, damages, or accidents.

  • Carxone provides customer support to help mediate disputes, but final responsibility lies with the vendor.

  • Carxone does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for technical issues.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or illegal listings.

  • Use the platform for fraudulent transactions.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse Carxone’s website.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Carxone (logo, branding, website design, text, images) is owned by Carxone.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Carxone shall not be held responsible for accidents, damages, injuries, or losses incurred during rentals.

  • Carxone’s liability is limited to the transaction fees collected from bookings.

12. Amendments

Carxone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
